It sure looked good, but deep inside she knew something big was missing. A shocking heartbreak spurred a breakdown that became a radial personal, spiritual and creative awakening.

Taking what she learned, she became a lighthouse for other women, empowering them to create lives rooted in unapologetic permission, unabashed passion, and rock solid purpose.

Now, she is an international retreat leader, bestselling author of The Quest, and women’s coach, specializing in helping women call in heart-thumping-passionate-I-got-your-back-no-matter-what-kinda love.

Her raw vulnerable storytelling laced with mind-blowing a-ha’s about women’s empowerment has reached over 5 million people worldwide, landing her speaking engagements at Wanderlust, Summit Outside, and Spotify – just to name a few.

She lives in Santa Teresa, a seaside village along Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, with her partner, Manex and two small children, Saïa Moon and Teo, where together, they co-founded The Sunrise Mountain Retreat and Wellness Center.
